  1. Students should understand the foundational principles of administration and leadership in the management of profit and not-for-profit organizations.
  2. Students should be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of economic, financial, marketing and managerial concepts in assessing the strengths and weaknesses of business organizations.
  3. Students should show proficiency in organizational problem solving through business case-study analysis methods.
  4. Students will be able to identify research methods and resources for managerial decision-making.
  5. Students will be able to integrate biblical leadership principles with contemporary management thought.
  6. Students will apply learned business concepts and techniques in an organizational setting through internships and Refereed competitions.
